The service appropriately complements the control of the camera system with a voice challenge by the Jablotron Emergency Line operator. This is an extension of the Video verification and Video patrol service.
How does it work?
- A motion detection
The operator detects a movement of an unauthorized person during an alarm video verification or as a part of a regular camera check.
- An operator reacts with a speaker
The operator challenges the intruder by speaker to exit the object and dispatches an intervention unit.

With a fast Audio challenge the intruder leaves the object. The Police are informed if necessary.
